Enhancing stability and self-sufficiency is very vital to individuals who have different life struggles and disability barriers, and it is very important for us to create time to ensure our residents have the support, services and resources they need to help maintain housing, while addressing everyday needs. We empower and inspire our residents to be the best they can be!
ONSITE SUPPORT
ReZilyent Mke staff understands the value it is to not only be onsite but to be present ate our residents. Being available for just a simple resource, providing a telephone number or address, or simply being able to assist with making a telephone call. We strive to help our residents establish providers, stay connected to their community providers, support system, employment assistance, and community resources.
