however officially began doing the work since 2017.

 

Our mission is to empower and help create healthy communities through, 

hope and supportive services in our community.

 

Our vision is to see individuals simply move forward

while remaining resilient!

bridge the gap of becoming homeless, provide programs to help employment
readiness, gain GED and/or further education, and build our youth program
